No, you'll do as you're told.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 16:42If it does go I wonder if RM will end up finding a load of staff coming off the mech, and ending up with not enough staff to run the machines
If it's any consolation there's probably loads on delivery who'd willingly transfer over to it given the chance

Simply not true ! No functional supplements are going and they are not a replacement for a pay rise

We have had people come off the mech before and refuse to go back on it, so it's not as directedSean06 wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 17:10As you well know its as directed so stop stirring it up for no reason.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 16:42If it does go I wonder if RM will end up finding a load of staff coming off the mech, and ending up with not enough staff to run the machines

The WPC was recently relaunched at £44 per week. It's nowt to do with the functional supplements.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 16:00Well I hope he's included office coach in the mix, that's got to rank as one of the biggest waste of money allowance ever, can't remember when it first got introduced think it was about 12 years ago so that's well over 20k each and if like ours it's been paid for doing practically f**k all.tramssirhc wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 15:45See my reply. All functional supplements have been sold.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 11:30Will the ones in DOs on the new contracts get that payrise? The way it's going there's going to be at least 4 pay rates in RM depending on what function you're in and if you're on a new contact or not.
As it stands is it just the delivery supplement that's going or will the other functional supplements be going as well?

That's not what you said Martin. If you have bargained something else without putting the record straight tell us about it.Martin Walsh wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 18:00Simply not true ! No functional supplements are going and they are not a replacement for a pay rise

Re: Delivery Supplement to be part of the pay rise
The fact it's going to a vote suggests it's not going to be just a simple pay rise.

Re: Delivery Supplement to be part of the pay rise
How can we believe a word you say Martin? You said that before any ODM pilot could be deployed 'everything has to be right'. So what happened at Mount Pleasant? Is your version of everything has to be right the one where agency workers have been brought in to make it work whilst long serving workers are told they are surplus to requirements?Martin Walsh wrote: ↑18 May 2025, 18:00Simply not true !
