yes please ,ive had enough and it looks like the cwu are sat on the same table as the company , in our office basically the new reform ( bullshit ) will go live in our office in October regardless how the pilots are going and the dim wants to try to get it in earlier than that because of xmas , so they are saying that the planning of duties will get done , then you will vote on the options of working so how does that work ? , surely it must be a vote on daily working patterns then plan the duties around them hours ? , another load of s**t . well done CWU another cracking job .
Those that don't want to leave are either near retirement age or too afraid to think there is something better out there and will just work through the crap for years on a what will be a minimum wage job.
I'm 52 now, 13 years in this job and I'll be doing my HGV class 2 training this November. As soon as something suitable comes up I'm off.
My mate did the training 3 years ago and now earns £40k with weekends off and is home mid afternoon
30 years in the job for me going summer 2027 , but a years vr offered to me now I'd snap there hand off , the company don't give a about there workforce.
