Re: Payment of our partnership shares.
According to this:
Ordinary shareholders are expected to get their payment by 14th May, as long as they accepted before the unconditional date(30th April).
SIP or corporate nominee shareholders who accepted before 25 April should get theirs about 3 weeks afterwards.
If you accepted after that date, you'll be in the next cycle for payment.

Re: Payment of our partnership shares.
I have brought some shares from the IPO and have employee shares.
Will they have separate payments or one single payment ?

I understand payments will start on the 14 of May,However due to the amount of shareholders it’s anticipated to take 5 days to complete the process,Everyone who agreed to the sale should have the money in the bank by the 20th of May.Those who waited for the outcome and voted after the cut off date which was the 25th of April (If I remember correctly) May have to wait a bit longer for their payment,The final 2p per share will be paid later in the year

Understood all that until you mentioned the "final 2p per share will be paid later in the year" What 2p per share? as far as I was aware we had the first 2p per share months ago, we are due the next 8p per share any day and obviously the the £3.60 per share payout to but wasn't aware of the 2p per share you mentionKatopatterdale wrote: ↑12 May 2025, 19:15I understand payments will start on the 14 of May,However due to the amount of shareholders it’s anticipated to take 5 days to complete the process,Everyone who agreed to the sale should have the money in the bank by the 20th of May.Those who waited for the outcome and voted after the cut off date which was the 25th of April (If I remember correctly) May have to wait a bit longer for their payment,The final 2p per share will be paid later in the year

I've just spoken to equiniti and they are now saying 14 "working"days from 30/4. Initially I was told it would be by the 14/5 but now it's looking more likely to paid to me by the 21/5 .

Re: Payment of our partnership shares.
Hi. I have 90 ‘free’ shares remaining & have opted to sell. When can I expect payment for these? Apologies if this has been covered already…

Re: Payment of our partnership shares.
I received the dividend associated with my nominee shares(ex SIP) over night and as I accepted the offer before the deadline, I expect to get the £3.60 per share payment sometime in the next week.
