Aye, I believe it is this month with the annual report due in June. The takeover deal for IDS has also been declared unconditional with over 80% of shareholders accepting the offer
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Will they still have to announce profits/loss once Kretinsky takes it off the stock market?

At least they'll stop saying we're losing a million a day then. It will be interesting to see just how quickly the new owner can asset strip the company and then declare letters are not feasible. I give it 4 years at most..

Think this time around the company is meant to be back in profit.
Prolly should have started pay talks after the results were available.
Prolly get a small 5% payrise and say the company has no money. Then the following week the company is back making millions again.

In the last pay deal we agreed to receive a share of any RM profits, does this agreement still stand and will it continue under DK?
Profit Share
The decision by the Board last year to hand £600 million to shareholders when fully aware of an impending financial crisis was reckless and irresponsible.
The union has delivered an agreement that will see the first 20% of future profit delivered in a lump sum payment to the people that created it – you, as frontline workers.
Never again can we let them repeat the mistakes of the past.

For what?

RM is owned by DK now, he doesn't have to issue financial results in the same way as before.

Ah! That's awfully convinient.
