I'm slogging my way through 20 years of financial reports. It's plausible. As of 2017/18, revenue in £m:
- Letters and other 3,051 (-6%),
- marketing mail 1,101 (+1%)
- total letters 4,182 (-4%)
- parcels 3,463 (+4%)
- total 7,615 (no change)
Volumes in millions:
- addressed letters 11,269 (-5%)
- unaddressed 3,109 (+6%)
- parcels core network 1,132 (+6%)
- PFW 98 +2%
- total 1,230 (+5%)
