We are not getting the Â£400 because.........

We've been told we are not getting it until all the offices in our area have signed up to it. At the moment there are still 2 offices who haven't signed up yet.

Short sightness I am afraid. Dangle a few quid in front of peoples eyes and they will snatch it, regardless of what it costs them in the long run.

Does anyone actually belive the figures that there are 110 offices still not signed up for the Â£400 yet. If you read the small print you would tell rm to stick it where the sun dont shine, but unfortunately people voted for this monster under the pay deal.

The Â£400 is costing RM Â£80M

Also down London there's loads of us who have not signed off yet,could be a month or so until that happens and we're all done.

Supposing the issue of flex. working has not even been mentioned in your office yet, let alone discussed. If management try to get quick agreement after the deadline but in time for the summer period, do you still qualify for the bonus?

Thats what happened in my office. Most people thought about the money than the job and now all you get is ' Where is my Â£400 '.

There's more to this job than a quick bung and then they have you by the short and curlies.

I'd like to see money like that thrown in to the pension pot if its as bad as they say it is, which i believe it isn't.

LCD tv's never being used would have also saved RM millions.

This company is NOT in financial difficulty, we are being lied to as they are quite happy to throw money at everything except invest in the job itself.
