You know what to do then. See what happens then let us know how s**t it is or not. People have been asking on here for ages without a definitive answer so you could be the first.
I personally don't know why anyone worries, how can it be more s**t than at the moment and if it is....... start time and finish time.

What's the point in bringing in Delivery 2.0 months before a likely USO change?

Does delivery 2.0 go hand-in-hand with the USO changes? is Delivery 2.0 essentially USO 1.0?

We have prepped all our D2D on Monday for about 4 years. It was introduced nationally I thought to reduce cold calling.
It had nothing to do with Delivery 2.0.

I thought Delivery 2 was the one big frame thing.

Good Luck getting answers. My area is due it and neither RM or our union bloke or any other office that have it want to tell Us anything about it. One big frame and posties bundle up downwards in columns. We assume it’s such a F up RM are keeping it quiet and are making the union and posties that are doing it keep quiet

The communication from the company and the union about the uso changes hurtling our way is shambolic. I would say about 90% of my office don’t even know that these changes are on the horizon. One colleague even laughed at me the other day and said “where did you hear that” and that it will “never happen”.

We were meant to have it, but there isn't enough room for it, they still changed all the frames into columns though

No it wasn't - if we got told to do that we'd laugh and tell them to go fu.. themselves

We went till 2.0 start of Feb told on the Monday prep whole frame with d2ds which took ages, out late for delivery, delivery time Mon n tue have gor longer so Monday is now r longest day. D2ds work as follows if u have house number 1 n 2 on a slot and u have a letter for number 1 and none for num 2 u take the letter and both d2ds, if u have a letter for num 2 and none for num 1 u only take num2 letter and num 2 d2d so next time u have letter for num 1 u no tht the d2d in tht slot is for num1. It originally was prep all d2ds on the Monday but r office changed it to have them all prepped by Wednesday, so u can split them over Mon n tue, hope tht makes sense lmao

It was supposed to be operating procedure during the pandemic to ensure that if a duty only went out once that week then the majority of the D2D would still clear.
The machine stops.
