Actually we do have high levels of sickness, but letting too many people off on holiday has been the main problem.
We only had two actual posties last week the rest are agency so its not good.

My DO should have been on the list since it was invented and miraculously has not ever been listed

It would be useful to have a copy of the sheet the managers use to record fails. Then we could send in the accurate version in a format they can’t argue with.
