the master of hype , spin and a disturbing appetite for self promotion , can't think why he's separated ?, jesus what a load of rubbish -certainly talks a good job , The Times is a Murdoch Paper so they are going to do a brown nose job on him .

The bit about wearing people down was interesting and Hayes & Ward were gormless enough to fall for it ,RM were not interested in talks , every time Crozier deliberately put a spanner in the works , Rolling strikes yes -good tactics but 48hr was dopey . If it was up to RM they'd have starved everyone back to work and shafted everyone on new contracts .

You seem to forget, that as far as Leighton and Crozier are concerned, success is measured in feedback from the biggest Customers, and profit margins. They couldn't care less about anyone who spends less than a few thousand per month on Postage. The days when Royal Mail was a Public Service, are sadly long gone. If something isn't done soon (not much chance with our current Government!), the damage will be too severe to stand a realistic chance of ever regaining the level of Service that we all knew before these two greedy fools got their hands on Royal Mail!!!!!
