Hi All,
Sorry if this has been asked previously but I am unsure how my overtime have been calculated.
On wage slip, it states Overtime @SSPR 13.31 hours but the paid amount is not at the " hourly rate x 1.25".
How can I get in touch with the payroll department or who can I contact as I am a new staff.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Understanding my overtime payment
SSPR is "As if you worked normal fulltime" between 30 hours and fulltime.
It did not trigger your 1.25x, that's after 40 hours.

Re: Understanding my overtime payment
Thanks for your reply. However, I am on a 30hr contract and these 13.31hrs is over the contract hours.
So, I don't understand what rate is being used because the 13.31 hour is not adding up.
How can I contact the payroll department, please?
Thanks

I take it you've got the people app as you've viewed your wage slip, if you scroll down right at the bottom is a help tile where you can ask them questions.
I don't understand though, I'd have thought your wage should have shown 10 hours at sspr and 3.31 at £15.68 (£12.54 x 1.25)

Monthly pay might be averaging it out. Don't know for sure though.

Yeah, from top to bottom, the new contracts are just f***ing harsh.
If this whole takeover really upgrades everyone to "legacy" contracts, I'll honestly take that as a minor win. At the least, our newbies will have cause to join the union for the future fights, and if not, they get screwed over less.
