Yep, i've had to argue for what i'm owed weekly, luckily i have an old school manager that coincidence proved he recognised me as he knew my mum and dad, he's been fighting my corner for wages, Still owed around 30 hours though.
I was asked if i was interested in staying on yesterday, i said it's 50/50. Need a few days to sleep on it.

Like i say the place is turmoil, they don't even know what time i'm due in today, waiting on a call, they said 9am it's now 10.15am!
Just a thought but are there any other delivery offices nearby, your management is obviously an example of the shittest even by the low standards required so it's entirely possible that a different office would be very different.

Space tout and I are agency. Angard are the problem, not the depot Manager, atleast not in my case. It used to be simple when it was Manpower, it isn't anymore. Angard will cancel shifts on joined up that they can see you worked

Fully agree with the above post regarding agencies being mainly responsible for most of the aggro, they have deleted messages from management confirming my hours on my account, cancelled shifts after they have been worked.
And at the S/O managers who take no responsibility for things, and the one manager hiding pouches with van keys + pda inside so she can hand one to her sons friend upon arrival, so he can make a start, the rest of the agency staff had to twiddle our thumbs as we never knew this was going on and thought it was the norm, it was only a more senior manager from elsewhere coming down to see why the agency weren't 'at it' that she was found out.

I'm old enough to deal with people like this, and do want to work for RM but i just can't see where profit is being made.

Anyhow this is my last week so maybe you will here from me again.

Wishing you all the best in your work and, happy holidays.

Find the Union Rep and tell them about your lack of training so that you have a voice in support if anything goes wrong and a manager wants to pull you up about it.

Don't you mean "Unicorn Rep"?
