Holiday pay

Post by chrisgennings »

Hello All,
Need some guidance on average HP.
Received the princely sum of £1.44 HP for being off this week.
Previous 4 weeks AL received £90 in May and nothing for July (2 weeks) and nothing for September as I failed 1 month out of 6. I've passed the 6 months criteria for the week I'm currently off, I may be wrong but 1.44 seems a bit of a insult. Any replies grateful.

You only receive holiday pay for the first 4 weeks holiday you can check this on the app but looks like you had a few hours that qualified so received what u did it’s all on the app

Many thanks Broughts. Does seem a little harsh though, that you could fail your first 4 weeks AL, for whatever reason then meet the 6 month criteria and get sweet FA for your next 2 weeks off. Pullinger should never have signed this deal off.

It’s a flawed system. If I get it in the future it’s a nice bonus but I won’t hold my breath.
