On the subject of the power of the video with Des exposing his frame-up Facebook has imposed a blanket ban on anyone seeing it removing the video from personal accounts and other sites used by postal workers, including Royal Mail Chat and Postal Workers Say No. This blatant act of censorship was conducted in a matter of minutes.
The notice from Facebook claimed the video was in breach of Facebook’s Community Guidelines on spam, citing efforts to obtain views “in a misleading way”. This is clearly indefensible and a fundamental attack on the democratic rights of Royal Mail workers.
The Postal Workers Rank-and-File Committee has protested Facebook’s actions and is encouraging everyone to share the video via SMS, WhatsApp groups and other social media platforms.

Tamsirhc is a bigot, and everything he has to say has no interest to the majority of board members.
Complete joke of a poster, bigotted with a pilotical agenda, much akin to pre war Germany. Fascist.
I'll play your game mate, let's go all day.

Ah okay thank you. I wonder what the background to all this was? There must have been some ongoing issues in this office. But we’re only hearing from one side.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 11:21Here's the original post, says he joined the CWU on day one 31 years serviceBarnacle wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 11:02Was Des Beach a CWU member?stage3 wrote: ↑02 Nov 2024, 13:30Thanks.

Well.
I do work on deliveries, collections and processing. To state otherwise is wrong. To question whether I'm a postal worker is devious and dubious at best.
Blacken the opinion instead of dealing with the question.
Easy to attack a person who may of made some choices posts 10+ years back but life has changed.
All I point to is no one knows the true story of Des, only the propaganda machine of the PWRFC, which posts hatred much alike to pre war Germany.
Your rank at the side says MAIL CENTRE/PROCESSING. That is not the same role as a current OPG. The guys who do night shift on processing in mail centres generally don't work as OPGs in delivery offices during the day as well. So are you telling me that you also do OPGs work?
I don't really care what happened in pre war Germany. I'm more bothered about what is actually happening now.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

I think if Des just had that evidence that RM were in the wrong, either via a text message or a recorded phone call then the Employment Tribunal would have unanimously found in his favour. They would have either have to pay thousands in compensation or re-instate him and I have heard of a few posties in the past who have been sacked who went through a tribunal been re-instated into another delivery office. This also goes on the managers record as well.

I can do it all day too. The more moon71 goes on the more hits the post gets. It's a win win for stage3.
If moon71 really exists then there is no doubt that moon71 is a bigot, and a fascist, and a racist. Moon71's post history proves it.
Could the moderator tell us who elected moon71 as the voice of the majority of board members? It's an extraordinary claim to make.

The decision to pursue legal cases is a matter for the executive of the union. The union's solicitors can be instructed to take whatever case the executive decides should be taken.

Which if true, again points to Des Beach not having any tangible evidence to back himself. No text messages confirming his informing the manager he would be returning with mail for example.tramssirhc wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 13:28The decision to pursue legal cases is a matter for the executive of the union. Barnacle, were you aware you can appeal against the legal advice you receive from the union's solicitor?Barnacle wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 13:31Which if true, again points to Des Beach not having any tangible evidence to back himself. If you don’t have any evidence to back up your claims then why would you appeal their advice? Am I missing something? Did he have a load of evidence which was discounted?tramssirhc wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 13:36Barnacle, were you aware you can appeal against the legal advice you receive from the union's solicitor?Barnacle wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 13:31Which if true, again points to Des Beach not having any tangible evidence to back himself. As much as the mud slinging goes, and personnal insinuations, these are the first attacks by forum members who can't answer the questions.
It's proven without a doubt through the language they use, the vindictiveness of its application, it's constant propaganda on this site that the PWRFC is rotten to the core, an organisation that is conveniently selective of its honesty due to its recruitment drive. It's outright persecution of a bigotted nature by very few members against an employer an union of thousands is embarrassing and obvious.
I can understand disgruntled postal workers cheesed off with the CWU an RM, but to use it for political gain is just profiteering without anything to offer.
And I thought we could stay on thread about Des having no evidence, not even a phonecall that proved his case. His partner didn't either. Just proof of a phonecall.
And now the PWRFC look stupid, much like it's defenders, stage3 and transir whatever. Both look stupid and unravelled.

The WSWS/PWRFC has never posted in this forum advocating the use of razorblades against other workers. Moon71 has.moon71 wrote: ↑03 Nov 2024, 14:13As much as the mud slinging goes, and personnal insinuations, these are the first attacks by forum members who can't answer the questions.
