Royal Mail staff got 2% pay rise in April 2024, why are Angardees not getting it?

Agency staff are lucky to get paid since the change over from Blue Arrow never mind a pay rise!

Re: 2024 payrise
I did get a rise in April. My shift that I usually do went from £14.74 to £15.01. According to my calculator 2 percent would have been £15.03 but seems close enough.gurpbarnes6 wrote: ↑01 Oct 2024, 23:54Royal Mail staff got 2% pay rise in April 2024, why are Angardees not getting it?
I got another small rise a bit later in the year but that was due to hitting the 26-weeks of service bracket.

Re: 2024 payrise
Bit of an old thread but bizarrely last week I was put back down to my old 2023-24 rate, I’ve still kept the 26-week rate I referred to above but not the extra 2% they’d been giving me since April.
It’s not a loss of AWR rates (I’m still getting paid breaks) and I’ve done a shift/shifts every couple of weeks. The change amounts to less than 50p per hour just found it strange. I wasn’t banking on getting an April pay-rise but hadn’t considered a decrease!
