Got my ballot paper today are we all voting yes or are we doing a no vote to teach them a lesson about the 2 tier contracts and the mess they have got us into

Because of new attendance procedure I dont do any of these rep, officer, fund etc votes anymore. Used to read all the cv's religiously. Our rep got worried he was going to be asked to move,for part of the day,to another bit of the mail centre. He sold everyone else out to look after himself. He now has a whole hour with no work for socialising and mobile phone fun. Managers arrive to butter him up for stage meetings and he mentions his seniority every 60 minutes.
