HGV JOB AND DRIVING INFRINGEMENTS

I have a driving assessment in two weeks, the job I am in now I have just resigned from due to them putting pressure on us to complete jobs which we can’t physically get done resulting in driving infringements, does the Royal Mail look into driving infringements before hand and if so is there a set amount that they say they won’t employ someone due to?

We have lead in times, 15min for a 7.5tonne, 25min for a Unit & Trailer which have to be recorded on card.(Vehicle check,they are knackered!)
Regarding tacograph infringements RM design the runs to be reasonable with traffic etc.
Unless your in traffic behind an accident or are required to make a 50 mile detour you will not get any.
Generally the mistakes are manual entries.
Voc can have really long days but your rest periods are often 3-4 days too.
