Most managers are out the door like a shot as soon as the last delivery has left :whistle
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

No idea, I do not want to sound cruel but if you take it, its your own fault. It does mean it will be waiting for you on Monday though.

Still, its a choice, Just do not take it on a Saturday (M) if you are busy! Simple :angel

our arrangement is that we can leave items in satchel boxes and notify the DOM or Line manager first thing on Monday so they can advise drivers doing bag drops to pick the item up -- just make sure it is a 48 hour pick up time quoted on the card that you leave for the customer. Or advise the office before closing on Saturday that you will collect the item on the way in on Monday if convenient - NEVER, EVER take them home.
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile
