Imagine "Wherever Street" with a total of 20 delivery points, only 7 houses have mail today, but it's all left in the frame.

This is a USO failure of 20 delivery points.


We are obligated to deliver the service to (damn near) every address in the UK. By failing to enter Wherever Street, Royal Mail has failed the whole street not just the addresses that just so happen to have mail that day.

Same way some walks cannot be done by anyone in under 6hrs but because the management say is a 4.5hr walk it IS only a 4.5hr walk
