Applying for 2 Postman jobs at the same time...

I have applied for a Postman with Driving job and completed the online assessment.

I have now seen another Postman with Driving job advertised but at a different delivery office within the same town.

Is applying for 2 of the same type of job at the same time acceptable/a good idea? Are the different delivery offices totally separate from each other?

Also, if I was to not get an interview or job offer etc. at the first job, will that affect my second job application?

Kassio, if they are two different job adverts at different locations, then I would be applying for both.

If you are called for an interview for one of them, then mention the other application at this moment.

Obviously not me…but if you’re called forward for interview and get other applications knocked back ‘because you are in the interview process’, just keep applying with different email accounts. Apparently (told by a friend), this also gets round the six-month moratorium on applying after a failed interview.
