Holiday timing question
Hi all, I jsut started 2 weeks ago, I had holiday booked from before I took up the job for August. I have a monday to monday holiday, my question is how would my days off work out. If i werent away, id have had the monday and sunday of my return off, Since the monday is holiday booked instead do i get a different day with the rolling days or what?

Re: Holiday timing question
Pretty sure they have to honour existing holiday bookings for new staff, best tell them you've got the dates booked as it's already short notice, I'm assuming they haven't asked or you've already mentioned it.
I'll add to that they won't be too impressed when you announce you're off next week or whenever it is so be prepared for that, you'll soon discover this isn't a normal firm especially when it comes to booking time off
