Postman caught with 10 tonnes of letters!!

Don't panic,it's a Mexican dude :Confused
A Mexican postman has been arrested after the police found 10 tonnes of undelivered letters in his house.

The postman, who cannot be named, had been keeping mail posted from Ciudad Juarez to the US hoping to find money.

Police officers found 1,100 bags filled with letters dating back to 1999 in his house.

A police spokesperson said: "We were tipped and following an investigation we searched his house and found all the unsent mail

"All the bags put together amount to over 10 tonnes but they will now be sent to their destination."

we have just had one with a shed full of mail but to be fair he hadnt been here long maybe he was out to beat that record

Can never understand this,if you're gonna nick it or not bother delivering the s**t,get rid of it.
Why hoard it?
We had one incident a few years back,a manager on docket,was delivering to this house and in the porch was tons of D2D's.
The guy wasn't delivering them,so why keep em :crazy:
Hence he got the sack!!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

UP DATE been digging out lawn for 5 days now because wife wants the mountain to be flat, what a way to spend a weeks leave.thanks a bunch ib dont knock on my door looking for help
need to get back to work for a rest

Cmon give the guy a chance, with all the extra s**t RM are asking us to take out, we now find that there is not enough time in the day to open every letter looking for cheques and then make time to burn it all. No wonder he had to hoard it ha ha

Take it mechico is the same, poor bugger.

Bet he was still buyin coal for his fire too.

How did it take them 8 years to discover that?

Even :lfo :cfo could have spotted that one quicker.
