I would hold but can't afford to lose a few grand if they become worthless which is a possibility from what I'm reading so it's a sell for me. I assume most people are thinking along the same lines?

No guarantee of that if it became essentially worthless.

Sell them now and get less than the offer price.
Sell them as part of the takeover and get £3.60 plus dividends.
Hold them after the takeover and they're hard to sell and potentially worthless.

I think what NWpostie means is there’s no guarantee of the takeover going through.

It is quite a risk - sell now for £3.30, or spin the roulette wheel and wait, you could get £3.70 however if the deal falls through the share price will probably dip to £2 ish.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

Just sold all my “available shares”, so the ones i could sell without paying tax.
