I agree!
If you're going to do the job by the book, make sure you are squeaky clean & they can't get you for ANYTHING. Believe me, they will be looking out for any small misdemeanour!!!
Don't ridicule your Manager either, or they'll do you for B&H. I know it's tempting, but it isn't worth giving them something to discipline you for.

best advice as most are not interested, they are busy doing as much docket as they can, greedy bastards, they will be rich when they are dead
I agree with your stand but sorry pal, as a part timer I have to do the docket just to make ends meet, it aint easy having 1 part time income to make do for a family, especially as everything is going up, diesel, bread, milk etc.

So whilst your crusade is commendable think about the situation your colleagues may be in before condemning them. We all have to earn a living.

:hmmmm

PS Smoking will do more harm than a bit of docket.

diesel, bread and milk, bake in moderate oven for 20 mins absoutely devine, the taxes smokers pay will keep the wolf from your door when you price yourself out of a job by grabbing docket thereby keeping basic pay low

Look pal things are changing, it wont be long til you are part time if this lot have their way, then you might need the docket to pay for your £10 pack of 20.

Now now lads we have enough with fighting the man so lets not fight between ourselves. Agree to disagree and move on is my suggestion.

Me personally if you want to do overtime, fill your boots, its your life, but in no way should you feel forced or pressurised by the business/management into doing it.

I am on a 6 hour contract, I do go over and I take my break, 16kg first bag, the rest 11kg, doesn't matter what time I am finishing, so long as they pay me, once they stopped paying me then they could take my mail out for me. I use my bike and only offical bag drops, let them pay me the docket

Very true. A similar case has just happened in my area.
