Is this method the new way of getting rid of senioority ?

Its happening ,senior guys in our office being destroyed by the my performance app and being taken off their walks.

To do what instead ? I'm assuming not an easier walk that they can manage ok.

At least they can't blame us people out on the street cause they rarely ask our opinions and if they do they do what they want anyway.so any management out there who start moaning because we cut off except the fact these people make up these ideas from behind a desk. And you as management have to have the backbone to stand up to your manager and tell him it's not working

It is obviously an office by office interpretation to whatever edict the managers have been given because if they tried to remove a senior member of staff from their walk pick in our office, all hell would break loose, it just wouldn’t happen.
