Unlike the ones on the street, they don't have the excuse of not being paid enough.

If she works at Heathrow Airport perhaps she will figure out a way where we can still use planes and reduce our C02 emissions so we don't all have to start and finish later?

We need an internal carbon market: the CEO and equivalents quit living extravagantly thus freeing up some carbon credits so we can complete a duty before tea time. I will hold my breath to avoid expiring CO2.

Isn't Keith Williams still COO? If so we will never know how good or bad Emma Gilthorpe is, as all she's hired for is to set out a "vision." Keith will implement it how he sees fit (a more conspiratorial mind would suggest that's why Simon and Emma were hired after very little chance to prove themselves in a CEO role.)
Maybe she will spend a few months looking around at the company and seeing where the last few years of changes and "stakeholder optimisation" have left the company financially, though I expect she will be told to deal with the state it's currently in (unmanageable walks with loops 25+ minutes drive from the rest, agency staff being required to take out packets for walks that were easily covered by regular staff before the revisions, a workforce who trust neither their union or their management and a bunch of angry landlords screaming for ever bigger payouts whenever a glimmer of financial success presents itself)

They’ve just added another layer of upper management because Martin is remaining as overall CEO. So it’s Keith, then Martin, then Emma and the guy who is head of GLS. Great stuff

Whilst Mr Williams & his cronies remain on the board nothing will change.He wrecked the terms & conditions of employees at BA & has every intention of doing so at RM.
The recent CEO’s of RM are no more than puppets charged with doing Williams commands.
Burn RM down to its bare bones, remove as many on the old contracts as possible, he has succeeded.
However the building blocks for the new Employees have been less than favourable & they are failing miserably at attracting new staff that stay.
This will probably continue until RM fails in its entirety, then who knows!!
