So i am a postman and my wife (she does not work for RM) is expecting our first baby in the summer.
I know we only get 2 weeks statutory paternity leave off here, but we read you can split it? So rather than me having just 2 weeks and her having 9 months, our preference is that she could ‘give’ me an extra month and i could have a month and a half off, and she could have 8 months off. Is that correct and possible to do with RM? If so how does it work, do i just ask my manager to print off the relevant forms to fill out?

Re: Paternity Leave Question
I can’t give you details on how it is you go about organising it, but I do know it is possible to split it at RM because a lad in our office did just that with his wife.
’You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new.’
