Hi everyone,

Recently applied for a passport and am expecting in the post. It’s 24 tracked and has not moved from Manchester MC for 2 days. I’m starting to get worried as this is an important document and this is unusual for Royal Mail. I’m in London so I’d expect it to at least but sent down to my local MC. I’m scared, annoyed and confused; anyone know what to do/ how to contact the MC?

Until it arrives don't book any holidays, I suggest you contact the passport office of the delay as they are the ones that sent it.

You could get in touch with your usual delivery office and get them to chase it up. It may have simply not been scanned. Passports are extremely important to us as a business so it would be chased.

"I’m scared, annoyed and confused" ......... What is going on in some people's heads to even type this?
Mine showed it was at Manchester m/c for 3 days before going to my local Delivery office to be delivered.
