I asked the same question elsewhere.
The scale of changes in some offices would constitute major change under The Way Forward agreement and therefore trigger a resign.
Does TWF still hold the field?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

we were due a repick in feb, 23! still waiting, but why does a shift change trigger one? the duties still remain the same
