what a load of nonsense if you are needing something from chemist or other shop you have to go.
these idiots in charge who threaten workers who are ill should be charged with harrassment.

Hey as they do,lets not forget they have gone back 50 years when there where 10 men outside the gate waiting for your job but this time they are offering part time jobs.
Be careful out there

when the person in concerned confronted the postmen who were checking up on her they told her, if you can go here/everywhere(few things from the nearby shop)you can be in work :evil/mad :evil/mad :evil/mad not that its got anything to do with them yet there are a select few that dont even have warnings for regular time off :evil/mad

If your sick then your sick, no matter what the sickness is.
It is not good health and safety policy forcing a person who is sick back to work. If I was her I would have told them I see them in court and make it public knowledge about the harressement

What a load of crap! Popping to the shop is a bit less stressful on the body than 8 hours or so of strenuous physical activity in whatever weather conditions! It is absurd that they can make that comparison! :confused

So what process did he go through to get it cancelled then,as you know there is no appeal so did he go outside the CWU.?
This could be very interesting for a lot of us.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

didn't RM once try and fit him up on Wilful Delay , he went by the book but RM played the no witnesses card , causing UIA , must have took RM to ET on DDA , that's the only option .
MURDERERS. Need to dispose of a body? Simply parcel it up and post it to yourself via DHL. You will never see it again.
