In fact I am higher skilled as I have passed my class 2 HGV whilst they only acquired grandfather rights on their original licence.

Can 7.5 ton jobs be ringfenced?
Hi, does anybody know if 7.5 ton jobs can be ring fenced as there is two roles in my office but two less senior bods cover these shifts and I have the exact same skills as them but being told these are skilled jobs..
