What do they mean meal relief is out of date and needs reviewing
Perhaps they are looking to increase it to an hour.

Haha yeah maybe they are, I wouldn't be surprised though if they offer a bung for breaks ceasing to be paid which will no doubt be overwhelming accepted.

Have just been informed scottish mgmt told were starting 1.20/1.30 hr later min some later than that
Only scotland getting hit with this
Not a happy place at ours
Union reps not happy
More to follow
I don't know if it is only offices in Scotland getting this. I work in England, and both our DOM and union rep are expecting a later start/finish of about 1 hour 20 minutes. This is on top of our current finishing times of 3pm on Mondays, Tuesday and Saturdays and 3.30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Have you thought about a career in comedy rather than this dead-end job? :chuckle

Simon Thompson said he wanted to work with the union and look how that turned out as did every new ceo who came before him,Dave wards continuous gas lighting of his members wouldn't be a miss of a Tory MP.

Nevermind thier meal breaks, they are not subject to the same sick pay. Gaffers go missing almost weekly now with stress, flu, colds migraine. It's affecting their pay

Every part of Royal Mail is being put through the 'Divide and Conquer' reading of Sun Tzu.

Lower management are last on the list :Applause

Oh yes you can count on that. We have around a 10 month reprieve in which the union should be planning and anticipating a massive attack from the employer in 2025 but instead we have Dave and Martin cuddling up to the new managers because they are being nice to them. Just watch they will be back begging us for support to strike again next year and acting all shocked that the employer doesnt really value the workforce, the pair of them can get f****d. Sell outs.

I still don't get why the management of the post office and The management of Royal mail are not linked... They are the problem.
