I left Royal Mail recently and need to contact HR/ head office but I no longer have access to the app, does anyone know of an alternative way for ex employees to contact them?

Probably the best way to contact them.
Did send an email in the past and never got a reply
Phoned them last week and was dealt with
Best to listen carefully to the options menu
