Start and finish times changes.
Announced today by our line manager that in a couple of weeks time our start and finish times will be going back by an hour.
Agreed apparently by our area rep with absolutely zero input from the staff.
It presents lots of issues for the staff here in an office that has lost over 50 staff since January and hardly any new staters.
With more changes in April we’ll have had at least 4 different start and finish times since august.
What happened to no changes until April ( seasonal hours aside ) ?
The union do sometimes get some unfair criticism but in this , they’ve absolutely screwed lots of staff over.

Same here, but some of ours even get on IPS for free if it's still before starting time when they've got their walks in.

Same in mine too.
I rock up at 7:44 which is our start time for full timers at the minute and about 14 people on our section are all there putting their d2d’s in and had been for a while by the looks of it.
Grown adults are doing this.

That 14:26 finish on a Saturday would be the end of my RM career, they must think we have no life outside of Royal

Re: Start and finish times changes.
We've been finishing at 3pm on a Saturday for nearly 14 years. It's going to be even later when the new times come in due to the abolition of air transport this year.
