It's mentioned in the full document that PT staff start 10 mins later.funkflex55 wrote: ↑15 Jan 2024, 16:20I've read the bit about reduced hours a few times and don't get it. It's not written well at all. No mention of those that are not full time either.

There's no word on anything apart from yet another change in our hours, in the space of less than a month FT's have gone from working 24 mins longer to working 24 mins less, that's the best part of an hour each day, as work really dropped off that quickly at most DO's?

Good point about meal relief, the 10min earlier finish is funded by 10min lees meal relief
And this starts next week?

And we told them seasonal hours wouldn't work too which is slowly showing we were right yet again.worktotime wrote: ↑15 Jan 2024, 20:46after reading this NOW they want the input from the posties on the street to repair the damage they have done as a company regarding there unachievable / EA revisions , which most posties told them they wouldnt work but they just did them anyway , well thanks for the offer but no thanks its above my pay grade to sort this shite out![]()

Next year by the looks of it. We are still owed 28 hours of time during the summer but in the future the earlier starts will only be for 5 weeks and not 14.
It does seem all of Thompsons stupid ideas are slowly being unpicked.

I had nearly every house today the last 2 Mondays have been very heavy. I doubt they can get more staff no one wants the job on those pay rates. All our new starts think they were only employed to deliver parcels.guardianangel wrote: ↑15 Jan 2024, 22:04They better get some more staff then because i left 5 loops today and it was quiet.

Also says hours owed "should" show on PSP by end of March 2024, what if you want to use them instead of carrying them over?
