Here we go another who hasn't got a clue what its like to walk 10 miles everyday in wind ,rain (a lot of rain) and heat ,get bullied and harassed,with clothing and equipment not fit for purpose and we wont even talk about the dodgey vans.Forgive me if im being a bit pessimistic but history dictates we will be abused as usual to make as much money for shareholders to fill their pockets while the union help them even more to downgrade our T's and C's ,sadly that's just how it works these days.He can talk all he likes ,since last year i have been silently quitting ,until as to such times when they treat me with some respect i will carry on doing the bare minimum they will not break me down.
