It's called being an online troll, they probably have a lot of pent up frustration and 'live' a miserable existence.

Genuinely feel sorry for the type of person who gets their jollies out of exhibiting that type of behaviour, especially on an anonymous website geared towards helping out their fellow colleagues.

I generally feel sorry for someone who has left the company yet is still obsessed enough by it to post on a website dedicated to posties, so I guess we are all sorry. Still, this is another thread you have managed to drag off topic, so it will likely be closed. Well done.

Their attitudes may be different if they were at a not so well organised one.

And I assume 'well organised' actually means less demanding. It doesn't take long to make the distinction when you've worked at a few different ones.

You are absolutely right. I’ve said this time and time again. I have it good. I have every sympathy for those struggling and offer genuine advice on here when asked but as soon as I do, the same members of the ‘terminal moaners’ posse arrive to dish out the insults - you know the type - they will typically be the old guards in the office who look down on new starters and complain every time they are asked to do something they deem outside their purview.

Well I’m afraid I have some news for those folks - there are people with different work experiences to you and they have every right to post here. It isn’t an echo chamber. We are allowed to offer differing opinions. I can also assure you, you will not hound me out like you have other posters on here previously. I have been around too long for that. You are only making the place a lesser experience for everyone else by dragging threads off topic time and time again.

As to why I won’t reveal my office - erm, why would I? Or why even should I for that matter? I’ve had multiple attempts to dox me on here and why do you think they would be doing that? For no good reason I’m sure.
