Management/wall

Hi
Do you ever feel like talking to a manager is similar in many ways to banging your head againt a wall?
So, just out of interest what would you do?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Mind you, I thought I was talking to a manager the other day for about half an hour, he didn't say a word, just stood there, par for the course, I thought.
Then, somebody came along and said, "put your bleedin' glasses on 'arry, that's the cleaners mop your talking to."

it is a shocker, every office is run by the posties.
Gaffers spend so much of their time telling us if u have any suggestions.
Then when u do, they throw it back in ur face because it means doin somet.
Joke, how do they justify thier salary.
I would love to hear from any managers on this front.
Are they uncder the same sort of pressure we are, time wise?

Of course this is what im trying to understand.
But why do managers read from some paper, handed down from some idiot above them.
Surely they must realise that this is ****.
So where has the common sense gone?

No point you'll get more sense aiming a kick at where he talks from as his brain is in the same place - his arse.

Some round here say "Sorry Boss did not catch what you said" when someone farts.

I wonder if the managers have an off switch in their trousers, you start to talk at them, the hand goes in the pocket and suddenly they are unaware of you!
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.
