It hasn't been agreed, so there's no need to get involved with this.

Re: LTB 267/23 - UNAGREED EXTENSION OF 'MY PERFORMANCE' APP
Give it 3 months ( I’m being generous) ,then the novelty will have worn off and it will be consigned to the bin along with all their other pointless and failed initiatives, once people find out it makes no difference to their lives or pay it will die an unseemly and unlamented death.if Grant McPherson is excited by this as much as he says he is , he should go and take a cold shower. Or get a life.BenacreNick wrote: ↑01 Nov 2023, 11:42It hasn't been agreed, so there's no need to get involved with this.![]()

It doesn't work in any case (shock horror). I've had 100% first time delivery success for the last 10 days. Now, I do get rid of most things as I know which neighbours, and am happy to safe place stuff, but apart from the odd (very light) Saturday I never deliver every single item.

I've also noticed it's showing less than the actual amount of items scanned it's not even showing the correct amount of tracked scanned to core route (I've kept a note of tracked to compare the next day)
I'd expect it to show the full amount of items regardless of what they are if they wanted a true picture of scanned activity, usual RM half arsed crap.
On a side note regarding pda's it's about time they added an option to log when you stop to take your break although I'm certain not too many at our place will use it.

Managers will know when you have your break through inactivity. I’m not sure how useful it would be to be honest.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑02 Nov 2023, 06:18I've also noticed it's showing less than the actual amount of items scanned it's not even showing the correct amount of tracked scanned to core route (I've kept a note of tracked to compare the next day)

So that it is logged and there can be (almost) no dispute about it. The old old sign-in sheets used to have a column where you would write the start and finish time of your break. It would, I hope, force them to acknowledge how many people aren't taking one and how much they're making off the back of it. With SISO and the obsession for making sure all time is accounted for, I would cynically suggest this has been deliberately omitted because they don't want to.LouBarlow wrote: ↑02 Nov 2023, 07:22Managers will know when you have your break through inactivity. Another example of how RM works differently in different offices, never seen a signing on sheet with a column to write your meal break times inMr Rush wrote: ↑02 Nov 2023, 17:07So that it is logged and there can be (almost) no dispute about it. They don’t want to draw attention to breaks because far too many people work through them for free. My point was more, you already know when you take it, as does your manager. I’m just not sure how useful it would be to have it on the scanner. That said, you could argue that about the whole thing and just have the managers access the data as has been the case for years. They can still have their kooky ‘postman of the month’ award using their data alone.Mr Rush wrote: ↑02 Nov 2023, 17:07So that it is logged and there can be (almost) no dispute about it. Back before P&L - there was a column for total bag weight too. I'm pretty sure it was a standardised form, similar to the old OT sheets (HR16).pieoftheday wrote: ↑02 Nov 2023, 17:34Another example of how RM works differently in different offices, never seen a signing on sheet with a column to write your meal break times inMr Rush wrote: ↑02 Nov 2023, 17:07So that it is logged and there can be (almost) no dispute about it.
