Do COMs really need to be full time? Once everyone has gone out on their walks there can only be 1 or 2 staff left in the building (Callers and SD Locker). Do you really need more than the DOM/Lead COM at that point?

I would love to now what our Lino's, DOM's and COM's are doing once everyone is out on delivery. Day in day out. What on earth can they possibly be doing?! Iv yet to figure it out. They have to be the least productive part of the entire operation.

It's pretty obvious what they do. Sit at their desks, looking at PDA data to see who isn't moving continuously, looking at this idling nonsense to see who they can belittle next for allegedly stopping for an entire hour...oh and stuff their faces with food no doubt......

I have no doubt managers will be the next on the list for the chop. They seem to alternate between us both.
