I just don’t appreciate being followed around these forums by people who have beef with me in other threads, because they are still *still* bitter that they lost the vote on the agreement.

They drag these threads off topic by doing so and ruin the place for everyone. Attack the opinion, not the poster. That or just ignore.

I doubt anybody follows you around they just see your posts on the most recent threads, as I regularly do, given you seem to post on most recent threads I'd imagine it would be hard to not see your recent posts TBH.

I'm all for differences in opinions. If I were in charge of RM I would do away with all bonuses, except the one we all get at Xmas.

You already said Lou that if you worry what bonuses managers get then you drive yourself crazy, well, I remember a manager being annoyed because they didn't get the bonuses that other managers got. He wouldn't speculate what this amount actually was though.

That's often the problem with the bonus culture as it often creates issues and tensions that it doesn't need. Like I said before, if you want more money, you work more overtime.

For me personally, the best bonus the company could give me isn't more money, it's more time off and I'll only get that if they actually employed more staff instead of expecting staff to not go sick, work 6 days a week and come in early and finish work late!!

What Christmas bonus, pretty sure the 2 payments have never been a bonus just fixed payments, its been decades since we had a bonus scheme.

Yeah I would be peeved if there was a performance related bonus that varies inside the same office too. In our case I’m not even sure how such a thing could be measured. Would it incentivise people to come in early unpaid to get it. It is definitely a slippery slope.

If people accept this l £500 bonus,run around like crazy,start before time, then rest assured “commit to deliver” will be phased in,probably with sone kind of”CWU” agreed bonus attached to it,to make us feel like it’s a good deal,when clearly will will be like donkeys

Commit to deliver is utter bullspit. It's yet another stick to beat us with. I dread to think about the amount of employees that'll be forced to leave due to other life commitments...but I suspect that's their plan.

God you love to play the victim Lou, you post something, somebody criticises it, they must be stalking/harassing me.
It doesn't matter who is commenting on it, that's what happens, if it's the same person every time it makes no difference, if you post something expect criticism and to complain about it is daft as everyone who posts online want a reaction.
