Re: RMCtv : Introducing MyPerformance in Delivery.
I’m more than happy to spend 10 minutes analysing my performance stats and meeting with my manager, but how often should we do this? I suggest we do it every single day. Pretty sure my manager will be thrilled spending his entire day discussing our individual performance and recommending improvements for an office of 50+ staff.
Of course, it’s more likely that this is nothing more than yet another intimidation tactic

I wonder if the app is able to monitor people starting early and working unpaid so as to complete their delivery?

So you're one of the first out in your office and yet you see others going out 2 hours before other people?? 2 hours? Really? 2?

Ridiculously long walks now and rarely any Parcels cover, so we just try to do 1 walk and parcels, collections boxes, specials and customer collects on the other walk between 2 of us now.
On the rare occasions we make some inroads into the backlog, it's screwed when we have our day off.
Someone in our DO had enough last week and called the manager a C___.
Suspensions now for the C word......
Fortunately I spell it with a 'K'

Re: RMCtv : Introducing MyPerformance in Delivery.
You do you. I don't think its healthy to be thinking about what other people are up to. Maybe their frame is larger. Maybe they had more D2Ds. Maybe they go on the IPS and you don't. Maybe you start early and skip your breaks. Maybe you are a duty holder and they are a reserve un familiar with the duty. Maybe you had fewer packets to sort than they did. Maybe all those things add up. Eyes forward please.glass joe wrote: ↑08 Oct 2023, 20:49why would i lie lol, Monday pretty straight forward most of the sorting done by the morning over timers. i will probably be out the door tomorrow by 8 (6.45am start) average my rounds like 5.15 on a monday. so back by 1.30pm. home by 1.40pm (take 20 minutes at the end) i will be on 3rd loop by 9.30-10 and will see people going out on there delivery. so what they doing while im on my 1-2 loop.Pidleypoo wrote: ↑08 Oct 2023, 17:40Of all the things that never happened, this didn't happen the most.glass joe wrote: ↑08 Oct 2023, 17:07yeah some walks throw off all their door to doors and take 40-90 minute break. every day. so i side with royal mail on that side of perfomance. personally if you dont take the pee you shouldnt have anything to worry about.pieoftheday wrote: ↑08 Oct 2023, 15:59

RM clearly said to the select committee that PDA's were not being used to monitor postpersons performance.
