Nothing in RM works, it will do f**k all.

If it's a management invention then it is guaranteed to fail.

We haven’t had WTLL for years, at least since Covid was invented, I thought they’d scrapped the whole concept of WTLL,for a 5 minute stand up routine, although this is a joke I’m not laughing, they need better material.

I wouldn't be surprised if they put this s**t on the people app for us to read at our leisure whilst at home.

(It's not on yet, just checked) :chuckle

This is disgusting😡😡😡
Even the most stringent hard working posties will be under “threat”….if face don’t fit we are all about to be managed out of a job,
That Ricky Mac is genuinely excited by this, says it all & makes my blood boil.
This company is being allowed to bully us and do anything they want.
CWU “where the f ****K are you”😡😡😡

I doubt it's a case of using the app rather than the simply updating each day on your PDA.

Form the video on Workplace it looks a mirror image of what our COM's already see each day i.e.:

Ist time deliveries, failed deliveries, Specials & Parcel Collects, speeding, idling etc and SISO info.

So far anyway nothing to show speed your walking!
How can you walk fast and at the same speed when getting parcels out your pouch and knocking and waiting
(some people take ages to answer) and scanning little pkts every few doors!!! :arrrghhh

Don't be surprised if this app and info is flawed, remember "Horizon" the be all and end all for post offices, i don't trust any of the various tools we are given to work with and certainly technology wise they are always at the crap end of that, challenge anything used against you on the basis of flawed technology and don't help them in any way. The union need to be on this from the get go.

There are no signs there are going to monitor speed of delivery at present. All these stats are already used by the DOM's anyway in my experience as we're soon called into the office if Trimble suggests we've exceeded a speed limit.

To be honest, like a few in my office I couldn’t give a monkeys any more. We can’t keep staff as it is and now they bring performance on delivery in. Even my manager reckons senior managers have lost the plot.

They have to be taking the absolute piss, surely?
Today, Saturday, Royal Mail did everything in it's power, to set me up to fail, and succeeded.

And they want to monitor my performance?

I f***ing dare any manager to try that on with me, I really do. I'm going to start monitoring them, and I will scrutinise, and diarise, everything.

What a bunch of patronising w*****s! Technology being used to turn the clock back to Victorian levels of control over our working lives, no thanks I will not engage in any of this s**t.
