Seems like a bit of a smokescreen heaping responsibility on this individual manager. The true picture is likely to be far more sinister. Individual sickness cases are discussed daily with area managers,I doubt very much that this manager acted on his own initiative. area managers report daily to senior management, the climate is controlled from the very top. It's just a numbers game to the money men,win some lose some they will work the percentages , their PR will ooze the supportive caring great place to work window dressing while they stick the knife in and twist it.

As i have told this to a member of Atos, they ask me but where is the "evidence " that this is the case? Least we forget their original offer at the tribunal was for the paltry sum of £5,000 plus re-instatement for a period of 6 weeks.

Hi Norbert my own ET is only 3/4 weeks away so it's going to get very interesting?
