Holiday pay, (how much)
So my contract is 35 hours but I work extra 2 hours a week overtime, and I don't seem to trigger the holiday pay, is it because when I take leave I am obviously not doing overtime so I don't make those 8 hours needed a month, also has anyone any idea how much I would make if I did trigger the 8 hours a month for the 6 month?.

If u do 2 hours a week overtime everyweek, you will probably get about 2hr worth worth of holiday pay added when u take a full week off.
2 hour a week would trigger average holiday unless its SA. In that case u would still get it when on holiday but as SA
