see when optima health no longer contact u cause royal mail bosses dont follow up their advice to contact u again, is that a ploy so u dont ask for IHR?

Hi everyone I have had my 4th report from OH saying I won t be able to go back to being a postman anytime in the future and no adjustments can be made and due to my extreme symptoms she thinks I will be classed as disabled as she thinks it will be a recurring injury . I’m hoping RM will let me LTBIH with a lump sum payment so I can finally get on with my life.
