A FORMER postman has been jailed after admitting a £30.000 benefit fraud.

Antonio Quissema of Carnarvon Road, Chingford, was "at the heart" of the conspiracy, which was believed to be linked to a wider £3.6 million scam, a court heard.

The 47-year-old father-of-four was handed a five and a half year prison sentence for forging stolen Giro cheques over three years at Stafford Crown Court.

Quissema pleaded guilty to six charges of conspiracy to defraud in December last year.

Shame he got five and a half years, Big Al could use somebody like him on the RM board. In my opinion most board members in any company, MP's, and anyone who make a living of the effort of others, is just one investigation from a similar sentence.

Just checked this out and god for bid the mp for chingford & woodford green is no less than Iain Ducan Smith the ex tory leader no less Now it has come to one's attention this man has also a history of financial mis-management in he was joint biggest claimer of incidental expenses provison of 2002/2003 at (£18,243) out of 657 MP,s Now some will say he has to lead the opposition but their was no opposition from the former british army captain!.
