I've always said seasonal hours and not paying you until 8 months later is illegal it doesn't matter about any agreement if you want paying for he 39 hours you work in the winter your within your legal right to get paid there is nothing the cwu or royal mail can do about it,take it to court and you will win 100 times out of 100.
