I can only speak for my DO but (as I've said before) our mail volumes have increased by 25% since SDD so if other offices are seeing a decrease which exceeds the increase that we have I'd like to hear about it. :cfo :lfo are (like all senior businessmen) adept at creating figures to suit their stated aims.
