The agreement
Well we’re only a week into the new agreement
And already there is dubiety regarding the lump sums
There is also the attendance procedure farce with putting 6 months extra onto people’s stages that are due to finish
Surely after all the time taken to form this agreement all this would have been rubber stamped before putting agreement proposal out to ballot
Now call me cynical but surely the current moves by RM puts the agreements and ballot in dispute
How can CWU be seeking meetings with RM to stop attacks on the agreement we have a only just voted on
If RM do not honour said agreement surely it becomes invalid
Is this what RM are trying to achieve
By going carte blanch with their own agenda
And have we been taken for fools by CWU and likewise they by RM
We need answers right now from our so called leadership

Re: The agreement
This adding 6 months to stage warnings surely must be questioned, people have signed for stages that say they will be clear within 6 months guys will have their copys and its there in black and white.

Re: The agreement
I wonder if their next move is to check anyone who has had 3 absences or 12 days off in last year and issue them a warning as its the new agreement.

Re: The agreement
I am sure someone can enlighten me on this , but why weren't the figures for the amount of votes cast published. I only see percentages published when we had postal votes and wasn't there the option of voting online in the ballot?

Re: The agreement
NO point whining now ! RM have you all where they want you , weak compliant union and a workforce where the majority have just shown they are willing to bend over and spread them for a few pieces of silver (which i very much doubt will be forthcoming). And 40% could not even be arsed voting ,absolute travesty !

Re: The agreement
CWU should be taking RM to court f**k the costs

Re: The agreement
Terrible state of affairs.apart from the lump sum and pay rise(carrot on a stick) which doesnt go very far we are all going to be shafted.business used to be decent once but greed has destroyed it.

Re: The agreement
Serious question especially after today's farce of council letters for all addresses so went 45mins over(taking them with other mail or pkts only I may add) even tho being told to roll them over for a few days (would have made no difference) What happens after the September live date when we work over our times all winter then when comes to summer and I bet your bottom dollar we're forced to lapse and not get our time back?? Cwu a answer!!
