Back dated pay roughly £420 on Friday 21st July before tax for a full timer and about £28 extra weekly ?
That's not bad at all, on top of the big lump sum to come in September
Way to go :Very Happy
Have you included dtd (or whatever payment its called now) in that? Plus any overtime will be on top as well.
£445 including the delivery supplement plus OT

:Very Happy didn’t take long for someone to ask , it’s all about the money right ?
You lot are stuck in the 70s

Brainwashed by the media I see.
The 70’s and early 80’s were the pinnacle of employment.
It all went downhill after that.

I’m sure if you read the small print the £900 is not guaranteed. It states up to £900. I might be wrong but I’m sure it’s up to £900

Won’t take long to spend our little lump sum but we sure will be paying for it for a long time.

Was it not at least 900 depending on how many people are working for the company in September

Yes, it’s at least £900 depending on the amount of people in employment at RM when this is paid. So could be more…

Anyone would think a great deal of money was being talked about.
If Simon Thompson could read this thread, he'd piss himself laughing.

Lou Barlow = 1392 posts in 16 years = 87 posts a year on average
77SAMPOST77 = 299 posts in 1 year = 299 posts a year on average

But it is me that is posting too often? :chuckle
Unfortunately, that doesn't mean much. You could have posted 1392 times in the last year and nothing for the previous 15. Heck, it sure feels like it. :hmmmm :Very Happy

the amount should be way higher than 900 quid... royal mail have a few secret accounts amounting to billions of pounds.....

they have more than enough money to pay every employee at lease 3 grand each...

And royal mails board of directors, sat round their silly table... should be making a massive thank you to its people... for paying their wages...

If £900 isn’t a lot to you then you are privileged.
